01Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to TrackLP.gg and the services, analytics and features made available through it (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the TrackLP Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02What TrackLP provides

TrackLP provides League of Legends profile lookup, match history, ranked information, champion statistics, live-game context, performance analysis, coaching-style insights and related tools. Features may rely on Riot Games APIs, static game data, cached data, third-party infrastructure and TrackLP’s own calculations.

The Service may change over time. Features can be added, removed, redesigned, limited by region or temporarily unavailable due to development, upstream changes, rate limits, maintenance or technical issues.

03Relationship with Riot Games

TrackLP is an independent third-party product. It is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing League of Legends. League of Legends and Riot Games are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

Riot-owned game data, trademarks, artwork and other intellectual property remain the property of Riot Games or their respective owners. Your use of Riot Games products is also subject to Riot’s own terms and policies.

04Eligibility

You may use TrackLP only if you are legally permitted to do so where you live. If you are below the age at which you may independently agree to online service terms in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with any consent required from a parent or legal guardian.

05Riot account linking

Some TrackLP features may require you to connect a Riot account through Riot Sign On. Authentication takes place through Riot’s authorization service. You are responsible for using only an account that you are entitled to authorize and for keeping access to your Riot account secure.

TrackLP may rely on the verified Riot identity returned through the authorization flow for features such as personalized or account-specific tools. Linking a Riot account does not create any partnership, endorsement or account-management relationship between TrackLP and Riot Games.

06Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse TrackLP. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or infringing activity;
• attempt to bypass security controls, authorization checks, technical restrictions or rate limits;
• interfere with, overload, disrupt or degrade the Service or its infrastructure;
• use automated systems to scrape, harvest or extract TrackLP content or data at a scale that harms the Service or circumvents available interfaces;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, non-public APIs, databases or source code;
• impersonate TrackLP, Riot Games, another user or another organization;
• use TrackLP or data obtained through it to violate Riot Games policies, third-party rights or applicable law;
• resell or commercially redistribute TrackLP’s proprietary analytics, presentation or service access without permission.

07Statistics and analytics are informational

TrackLP attempts to present useful and accurate information, but game data may be delayed, incomplete, cached, unavailable or affected by Riot API changes, patches and rate limits. Derived metrics and coaching insights are TrackLP interpretations of available data and may contain errors.

TrackLP scores, coaching suggestions and analytical labels are not official Riot Games ratings, MMR or ELO, and they do not guarantee rank improvement, match outcomes or any other competitive result.

08Intellectual property

TrackLP’s name, branding, original interface, software, original written content, proprietary scoring methods and other original elements of the Service are owned by or licensed to TrackLP and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those rights to you.

Third-party names, trademarks, game assets and data remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use Riot Games trademarks beyond what is independently permitted by Riot Games and applicable law.

09Third-party services and links

TrackLP depends on or may link to third-party services, including Riot Games, Vercel, Neon and other providers. TrackLP does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, terms or privacy practices. Their own terms may apply when you interact with them.

10Availability, changes and suspension

We may modify, restrict, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal compliance, upstream API limitations, abuse prevention or product development. We may also restrict access by users who violate these Terms or create risk for the Service or others.

11Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrackLP is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for decisions made based on information shown by TrackLP.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackLP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the Service, reliance on analytics, loss of access, upstream outages or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

12Privacy

Information processed in connection with the Service is handled as described in the TrackLP Privacy Policy. If you connect a Riot account, Riot’s own privacy and account policies also apply to the authorization performed on Riot’s systems.

13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to TrackLP, legal requirements, Riot ecosystem rules or third-party dependencies. Material changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14Applicable law, disputes and contact

These Terms do not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the law applicable in their country of residence. Any dispute will be handled by the courts or other authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally possible.
