Your data, explained clearly
TrackLP is an independent League of Legends analytics service. We process only the information reasonably needed to provide player lookup, match analytics, coaching features, Riot account linking and site performance monitoring.

01Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to TrackLP.gg and the services made available through it (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described below. This policy does not apply to third-party websites or services that have their own privacy practices.
02Information we process
- League of Legends and Riot API data. This may include Riot ID, PUUID, region, profile icon, summoner level, ranked information, match history, match participants, champion performance, live-game information and other game data made available through Riot Games services.
- Riot account linking. If you choose to connect your Riot account through Riot Sign On, Riot authenticates you and TrackLP receives the verified account identity needed for the feature. The OAuth access token is used during the sign-in callback to resolve your Riot identity and is not stored by TrackLP after that flow. A signed first-party session cookie containing your verified Riot identity and selected region may remain for up to 30 days.
- Information you send us. If you contact TrackLP, apply for a Pro/Streamer profile or discuss advertising or partnerships, we may process your email address and the information you choose to include in your message.
- Technical and usage information. TrackLP is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. Those services may process page-view, performance, browser/device, network and general location or telemetry information as part of hosting, security, analytics and performance measurement. On player-profile routes, TrackLP redacts the Riot ID (game name and tag) from the URL before Analytics or Speed Insights data is sent.
03Why we use information
- to find League of Legends profiles and display statistics requested by users;
- to generate match analysis, coaching insights, champion statistics and other TrackLP features;
- to verify a Riot account when a feature requires an authenticated player identity;
- to cache and reuse game data so the Service is faster and does not make unnecessary Riot API requests;
- to operate, secure, debug and improve TrackLP;
- to answer support, privacy, business and partnership enquiries;
- to comply with applicable law and protect the Service against abuse.
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, TrackLP relies on the basis appropriate to the activity, which may include performance of a service requested by you, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, consent where required, or compliance with legal obligations.
04Public game data and caching
League of Legends statistics displayed by TrackLP primarily originate from Riot Games APIs and game data. Riot IDs and gameplay statistics may therefore be searchable and visible to other TrackLP users. TrackLP may store cached copies of player identifiers, rank snapshots, match summaries and derived analytics in its database to improve response times, preserve history and reduce repeated upstream requests.
Cached game information is retained only for as long as reasonably useful for the operation, reliability and improvement of the Service. Different cache types may have different refresh or retention periods, and data can become outdated until it is refreshed from the upstream source.
05Cookies and similar technologies
TrackLP uses first-party cookies when Riot Sign On is used. Short-lived cookies are used to protect the authorization flow and remember the selected region, while the signed Riot session cookie may remain for up to 30 days so the verified account can be recognized on later visits. Hosting and analytics providers may also process technical telemetry required to operate and measure the Service.
If TrackLP introduces advertising or additional tracking technologies that require consent, this policy and the relevant consent controls will be updated accordingly.
06Service providers and sharing
TrackLP does not sell personal information. Information may be processed or disclosed only where reasonably necessary, including to:
- Riot Games, when TrackLP requests game data or you use Riot Sign On;
- Vercel, which provides hosting, delivery, analytics and performance monitoring;
- Neon, which provides database infrastructure used by TrackLP;
- professional advisers, authorities or other parties where disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect legal rights, investigate abuse or secure the Service;
- a successor entity if TrackLP is reorganized, transferred or acquired, subject to applicable law.
07Retention
We retain information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was processed, including operating the Service, maintaining useful game-history caches, resolving support requests, securing TrackLP and meeting legal obligations. Riot Sign On session cookies are configured to expire after up to 30 days. Contact correspondence may be retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and maintain an appropriate business record.
08Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, to object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
To make a privacy request, email contact@tracklp.gg. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify that the request relates to you. Some League of Legends data may remain available from Riot Games or reappear after a later API refresh because TrackLP does not control Riot’s source data.
09Security and international processing
TrackLP uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the Service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Infrastructure providers may process data in countries outside your own; where applicable, such processing is subject to the safeguards and data-transfer mechanisms offered by those providers and required by law.
10Children
TrackLP is not directed to children below the minimum age at which they may independently consent to the processing of personal data under applicable law. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to TrackLP in circumstances where parental consent was required, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
11Third-party services
TrackLP may link to or interact with third-party services, including Riot Games. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. TrackLP is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of websites and services that it does not control.
12Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy as TrackLP changes, legal requirements evolve or new service providers and features are introduced. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are published.
Questions about this policy can be sent to contact@tracklp.gg.
